I first heard this song on The Hills (yes, I watch The Hills). MTV has this great site where they list the soundtracks for their shows. So maybe they don't have TRL anymore, but this feature is pretty cool. You've probably heard Kevin Rudolf's music before. "Let it Rock" featuring Lil' Wayne is a pretty catchy song of his that I've seen on some commercials.
Anyway, I freaking love this song so check it out and check out some other Kevin Rudolf's other stuff because I think he's pretty near.
